Upgraded Lighting and Amazing Sound
We improved the look and night time visibility thanks to Baja Designs lighting. BRAX and Helix brought the sound alive.
The Vision
The original speakers in this Tundra had no life to them. We greatly improved the sound while keeping the speakers in the factory original locations. The front lighting used some of the empty spaces in the front bumper and fascia to allow us to add much needed LED lighting.
The Process
We went to Baja Designs for the lighting. They offered vehicle specific upgrade options to allow us to mount the pods and light bar while being minimally evasive and allowing them to look like they should be there. The BRAX dash and front door speakers offer a level of sound quality next to none. We utilized the BRAX graphic series speakers for the GL2 dash wide band speaker and the Graphic GL6 mid bass woofer in the front doors. The speakers were powered by a Helix P SIX DSP Ultimate amplifier. Under the rear seat, we went with a JL Audio Stealthbox subwoofer
The Timeline
This was a four day build and the Helix amplifier was tuned with their AMI tuning kit system.
