Warranty Information

Installation carries a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the mounting, installation and connection of products designed for the mobile environment. Installation warranty is assigned to the owner of the vehicle at time of installation and is not transferable to another party. This warranty is void if the installation has been changed, altered or modified. Installation charges are not refundable.

Products purchased from Santa Fe Auto Sound that require manufacturer warranty service will be diagnosed, removed and re-installed under warranty during the product’s warranty period based on the original date of installation. Manufacture warranties are not transferable. Products provided by the customer (not purchased from Santa Fe Auto Sound) will incur service charges at the hourly shop rate.

Merchandise found to be defective within stated warranty period will be handled according to manufacturer’s terms. A dated purchase receipt must accompany warranty claims. Speakers that are damaged or “blown” due to abuse or excessive distortion are not covered under warranty. They will be returned to the manufacturer to determine their warranty status.
